How can I install my product?
You will find included in the zip the file "readme.pdf". In this file are all the information needed to install your product. If you don't manage to install your product, send an email to contact@creascripts.com for additional support.

I don't know how to install the software. Can you intall it for me?
Yes we can install the software for you if you don't have any experience with installing scripts on Windows servers. This is a free service. Just send us an email with ftp details after your purchase.

Can I install the software on more than one Website/Server?
Yes you now get the unlimited domains license for the price of the single domain license which means that for a one-time payment of $99 you'll get the possibility to install Creadirectory on as many websites as you want.

I ordered a product but have not received the email confirmation yet. What should I do?
Check your email once more, and check your spam box also. If you still can't find our email contact us with your details, time/date of the order and we'll arrange to send the application to you directly.

Why do you want my personal information?
This is information is used only for the secured payment, and to entitle you to your free upgrades and special offers on new products. This information WILL NOT be sold or passed to any other company.

How am I sure that I will get the product?
An email will be sent to you immediately following successful payment on Paypal. You will then only have to follow the instructions. This is an easy and secured process.

What is Paypal?
Paypal is a secure online payment provider. Paypal is continually developing new ways in which to improve the safety for their customers and shoppers so that they can trade on the web knowing that they are in safe hands. They work closely with banks to ensure that all transactions undergo the maximum level of checking prior to authorisation.
Creascripts use Paypal to process all online payments for products.

Are my credit card details safe?
Yes, totally. The payment is processed by Paypal - a recognised secure payment provider. You do not give your credit card information to Creascripts at all - only directly to Paypal's secure servers which run with 128-bit SSL encryption.

Can I use an alternative payment method?
Yes if you are in the Educational | Public Sector. You can email an official purchase order to us at contact@creascripts.com, we will issue an invoice to you and arrange for the software to be sent to you. We also accept cheques.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes paypal will send you an email containing your receipt.

Can I modify the code to add my own function?
Yes only one page is encrypted for the license system. You can modify/add any other page.

I need additional function, do you do custom scripting on your directory?
Yes contact us with your requirements and we will let you know our price.

Is the "Powered by Creadirectory" at the bottom of the page compulsory?
No this is not compulsory and the software is sold without it. Only few customers put it for advertising purpose.

Can I use any hosting company?
Yes you can use any hosting company as long as they offer Windows servers.

Can I use a language which is not listes in your software?
Yes you can modify the file called "english.asp" which contains all the text used in the software.

Will your software works on a Linux/Unix Server?
No Creadirectory works only on Windows servers and not on Linux/Unix servers. You can however buy some very cheap Windows hosting with godaddy.com windows hosting. Many of our customers have a triple.com hosting account running our Creadirectory script. We can also install the software on triple.com for you.
